What’s the difference between 716 Flex, Basic, Pro, and Custom?
716 Flex is on-demand support for content updates only. Basic covers software updates and backups. Pro includes software updates, backups, monitoring, and 30 minutes of monthly content updates. Custom is fully tailored for businesses with advanced needs.
Do unused hours roll over each month?
No. Any included content update time is non-bankable and does not roll over month to month.
Can I switch plans later if my needs change?
Yes. Existing clients can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time based on their website’s needs.
For new signups (websites that have been live for 6 months or more, or were built outside of 716 Co.), a pre-paid six-month subscription along with a $250 signup fee. During this initial period, plan changes cannot be made. After the 6 months, you may continue monthly or annually and adjust your plan as needed.
My website has been live for some time. Can I still sign up?
Yes! New signups are welcome. This signup applies to websites that have been live for 6 months or more, or were built outside of 716 Co. A pre-paid six-month subscription, along with a $250 signup fee, to get started.
Content Updates
What are content updates?
Content updates include changes to text, images, and simple site elements. Examples: editing staff bios, updating business hours, adding blog posts, or swapping homepage banners.
Do content updates include design changes?
No. Content updates cover existing layouts only. Full design changes, new templates, or advanced customizations may require a separate project or a Custom Plan.
Can you post blogs or news updates for me?
Yes. Simply provide your content and we’ll upload it, format it, and publish it correctly.
Do content updates cover e-commerce or product changes?
Basic product edits (price, image, description) can be covered, but larger e-commerce setup, integrations, or advanced configurations fall under a Custom Plan.
What if I don’t use my included content update time?
Included content update time is non-bankable and does not roll over.
Can I request rush content updates?
Pro and Custom clients receive priority support with 1–2 business day turnaround. If tasks need to be completed sooner, please let us know and we can discuss pricing.
Security & Protection
Do you monitor my website for security issues?
Yes. Our 716 Pro and 716 Custom plans include SSL monitoring, domain monitoring, vulnerability checks, and uptime monitoring.
What happens if my website gets hacked?
We include free website restores with every 716 Basic plan, so your site can be brought back online quickly if something goes wrong. With the 716 Pro plan, you get both free restores and malware cleanups. Pro also comes with ongoing monitoring, backups, and security tools that help prevent issues before they happen.
Do you offer daily backups?
Yes. Daily off-site backups are included with our 716 Pro plan, while 716 Basic includes monthly backups.
How long do you store backups?
Backups are stored securely off-site for at least 30 days, giving us multiple restore points if needed.
What if my website goes down?
For Pro and Custom clients, we include uptime monitoring. If your site goes offline, we’ll be notified immediately and begin troubleshooting.
Will a plan prevent my website from ever being hacked?
No plan can guarantee 100% protection, but our monitoring, updates, backups, and scans significantly reduce the risk — and give us the tools to recover your site quickly if something happens.
